Like many others I dig Star Wars. For a long time I have been looking for a nice range of Star Wars figs but unfortunately there we're available on the market till some years ago. Star Wars Legion figs are very nice 28mm figures and their range of different characters, clans etc.. is quite big. These figures are very inspiring to me for building small dioramas and more. Certainly a lot of dios will follow. May the figs be with you, always!.

I collect & use "random" nice plastics shapes/objects to create "space crafts" in all forms and shapes. The method I use is rather simple and don't take much time. So no endless sanding or scribing panel lines etc...  for me. I cover seams, imperfections and other details and don't like with other plastic or metal parts. Got the basic shape in my head, sitting on the ground surrounded by loads of spare parts and plastic stuff I create a craft. Since your build depends on all the (spare) parts you'v got giving up a certain amount of control is essential.

But... in general I start with one nice part/shape/object.
This one is no exception on that method and the basic plastic part is a part from a toilet. =+)
